• From Red Carpet to White Bark: Paper Birch doesn't necessarily begin its life wearing its famous white coat. Young Renaissance Oasis® branches display rich mahogany-red to reddish-bronze coloration before the bark matures and exfoliates to reveal the bright white layers underneath.
• A Birch With a Breeding Advantage: Renaissance Oasis® was developed through the breeding and selection work of Wisconsin nurseryman Tom Pinney. Its parentage included material chosen for resistance to bronze birch borer, helping give this cultivar an advantage over more susceptible Paper Birch selections.
