Buy Ironwood online. Slow growing, medium sized native tree with a rounded crown. Features slender, spreading branches and hop-like fruits in late summer, hence the common name Eastern Hop Hornbeam. Its other common name, Ironwood comes from the extremely hard, dense wood. Great for street, lawn, or a woodland garden!
