The Regal Petticoat Sycamore Maple is prized for its tolerance of wind, urban pollution, and salt spray, making it a great choice along roads treated with salt in winter and in coastal areas. 'Regal Petticoat' features burgundy-tinged, olive green leaves in spring that mature to a deep, glossy green in summer. Fall leaf color is yellow with salmon-pink undersides. Claimed to be seedless.
