Buy Firespire™ American Hornbeam online. 'Firespire' is a terrific cultivar of the native hornbeam, but it differs in that is more columnar and upright than the species. Hornbeam is also known as musclewood, as its bark has a very sinewy appearance that is dark grey in color. It has awesome fall color, featuring shades orange and red. Great used in gardens that have limited space.
