The crabapple looks unhealthy. Most of the foliage on the crabapple arrived discolored or wilted and some of the leaves and flowers had fallen off the tree. It will probably recover, but I wanted to note this.

The plant I received was strong, healthy and well branched. I bought one years ago from another mail-order source that was an unbranched whip and it took years to develop. It was hard to believe that the strong, stocky plant I received had been shipped in the mail as it could easily have been bought at a nearby up-scale garden center. Cannot wait for this crabapple to grow and bloom. The leaves and buds were in great shape also upon arrival.

Love this tree...so beautiful.. everyone who sees it gives it high praise... so very glad I purchased it! Sooner Plant farm provided an easy transaction and the tree lived up to my expectations and then some.... Highly recommend this tree and the Sooner Plant Farm.

Mature, approx. 10-12 year old tree. Beautiful double flowers and the whole area around the tree actually smells like roses. Amazing. Too bad the grower Lake County Nursery in Lake County OH discontinued it some years ago.
