Buy Winnipeg Parks Rose online. A distinct low-growing variety of shrub rose. The buds of this rose are borne commonly in small clusters. The deep pinkish-red buds open to reveal dark cherry pink flowers with a deep pink reverse. This continuous blooming, winter hardy variety has a height of 2-3 feet, with a beautiful green foliage that reddens in the fall.
