Buy Orchid Satin® Althea online. Orchid Satin® Althea is a fantastic sterile althea! It features exceptionally large orchid-pink single blooms that are accented by a dramatic red eye. The graceful branches of this non-invasive new cultivar make it a very appealing addition to the mixed border. Note: Althea is considered a woody shrub or tree and will not die back to the ground in winter like hardy hibiscus.
Family: Malvaceae · Common Name: Althea / Rose of Sharon / Hardy Hibiscus
FREE with every plant purchased:

Grew 3' in first year, bloomed true to type. I'm pruning it into single stem tree format. Looking forward to a nice specimen plant in my perennial garden!
