Buy Pollypetite® Dwarf Althea online. Pollypetite® Dwarf Althea is a dwarf hybrid hibiscus with a unique growth habit - it naturally grows as a rounded ball, just 3-4' tall and wide. It features lavender flowers contrast with deep green foliage; and it also has very low seed set which is a big bonus when planting in beds with other plants.

Family: Malvaceae · Common Name: Althea / Rose of Sharon / Hardy Hibiscus

FREE with every plant purchased:

  • The Sooner Guarantee: For details, click here!
  • A pre-applied, pre-measured amount of time release fertilizer that keeps your plant well nourished for up to one year.
  • Pre-hydrated Hydro-Gels are included in the top of each container to use when planting as they help retain soil moisture, and plants will establish more quickly with less transplant shock. Plants will also survive drought-like conditions and accidental missed waterings better.

This one is very hardy here in zone 6A, but ours is slow to grow due to the deer, who seem to like it too.
