Helpful Tips for Ordering

Due to state regulations and/or agricultural restrictions, we do not ship out of the United States or to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii

Orders shipping to (Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah and Washington) may be delayed up to 10 days for a Department of Agriculture inspection on our farm before shipping is allowed, to these states.

During the checkout process you will be asked when you would like your order shipped:

•  Ship Now orders: In most cases your order will be shipped within 7 days providing the items you ordered are in stock and no other complications arise. NOTE: Orders placed with Sooner Plant Farm are considered a commitment to purchase. Pre- pay may be necessary on special or purchased in items.

• Ship at the best time for my zone orders: Your order will be shipped when planting is best for your zone according to our Shipping and Planting Schedule You can request a ship week in the comment box, we will do our very best to meet your request.
• All orders ship via ground delivery. You will receive an email notification from the carrier once your order has left our farm.
  
  
• Customer Pickup Orders: Orders picked up at the farm will receive a 15% discount. We prefer pickup orders to be scheduled on Fridays. Please contact us asap if you have a problem picking up on the scheduled date. Your order will be ready for you to pickup when you arrive. Please know we do not allow shopping on the farm. If you see an item that does not meet your approval, we will be happy to repull that item if available, or we will remove that item from your order.
