Shipping Restrictions

Note: Some receiving states require a phytosanitary inspection on all plants being shipped into that state. We must abide by these rules which require a state of Oklahoma Agricultural Inspector to inspect and approve each plant on such orders. The fee for inspection is $20.00 per order, no limit on the number of plants. A $20.00 Phyto Fee will be added to each order.

States requiring Phyto inspections are; Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah and Washington. Inspection scheduling may delay shipping up to 10 days to these states. We are sorry for this inconvenience and additional expense.

Oregon Restrictions:

Due to Oregon agricultural restrictions, we cannot ship anything larger than our Eco and Jumbo gallon containers into your state unless we ship that plant bareroot. If we proceed with shipping to you at your request, please note that we have an extremely high success rate when shipping bareroot as we take the utmost care to protect and ship the plant. However, bareroot plants are not covered by our 30-day guarantee.
