Summer Wine® Ninebark is a neat compact grower, with nice clean deeply cut foliage. The dark maroon leaves, will contrast well in any garden. This strong grower requires little pruning, making this a spectacular shrub. Flowers are pinkish-white and button-like. Excellent contrast plant against a light colored background, or mixed with yellow and bright green plants. Extremely hardy!

    This is a great shrub that has wonderful dark foliage. I purchased one from Sooner Plant Farm, and it is doing great. I have it in morning sun and afternoon shade, and it is growing fast. I periodically pinch the growing tips like proven Winners suggests.
