Buy Ena Nishiki Variegated Disanthus online. 'Ena Nishiki' is an extremely difficult to find and rare cultivar of the native Japanese shrub. It is highly favored due to is large redbud-shaped leaves that are green in the middle and surrounded by a sea of creamy white. Variegation can fade to green in summer, but in fall it is a true standout again as it features burgundy and hot pink tones on the leaves. Performs best as an understory specimen protected from afternoon heat and sun exposure.
