As in all plants that arrive from Sooner Plant Farm, they were in great shape and in full bloom and were beautiful. I have been told in the past that I live between zone 8B and 9A. This year all nurseries are stating zone 9A, due to the heat of the last two summers. This plant does not do well in this zone so beware if you live in this area. In my zone it does better in full shade vs. part shade. I had some blooms this year, and hopefully because only first full season and will improve next year. The plants in partial shade need a lot of water and are sparse, vs. those in full shade. The ones growing in shade have a wonderful mound and grow well.

This plant is amazing. Longer blooming than I expected up here in New Hampshire.

Need full sun up north here, but otherwise no complaints! A beauty of a specimen.
