When breaking dormancy in early spring, new stems will be produced that are almost black. Dark green leaves with silver veins follow this early growth, and then light blue flowers are in huge masses all over the top of the plant. Like other plants in the genus, 'Storm Cloud' will have amazing golden yellow fall color, creating an amazing multi-season show in your landscape!
