Buy Mr. Mustard® Sorbaria online. A diminutive selection, about a fifth the size of the species and about half the size of 'Sem.' It boasts brighter and longer-lasting spring foliage that yields an array of yellow, orange, red, and even pink hues. White, astilbe-like flowers appear in summer attracting butterflies and other pollinators. As growth slows in mid-summer, the foliage transitions to an Irish green. Remove the suckers annually to maintain a mounded habit or plant in a restricted area to contain its growth. Tolerant of alkaline soils and clay. A great choice for erosion control.
Family: Rosaceae · Common Name: Sorbaria
FREE with every plant purchased:
- The Sooner Guarantee: For details, click here!
- A pre-applied, pre-measured amount of time release fertilizer that keeps your plant well nourished for up to one year.
- Pre-hydrated Hydro-Gels are included in the top of each container to use when planting as they help retain soil moisture, and plants will establish more quickly with less transplant shock. Plants will also survive drought-like conditions and accidental missed waterings better.
