Buy China Chiffon® Althea online. This althea is an addition to the Chiffon® series that boasts pure white flowers with an attractive red eye in the center of the bloom. A lacy center tuft adds to its appeal. The large flowers appear in late summer. Note: Althea is considered a woody shrub or tree and will not die back to the ground in winter like hardy hibiscus.
