Very satisfied with customer service, assistance on my warranty return, replacement tree, and advice/suggestions on care of the tree.

These trees were bought as a memorial to me and my husband's  mothers that we both lost last year. Thanks for some great trees...

Thank you for helping make the guarantee process pain free.

I am very happy with the quality of my plants. Even tough the site stated container size, I was still surprised at the large size of the plants. So often plants are repotted from a smaller pot and sold as the next larger but the roots are not developed. Not so with your pots. A 1 gallon is a true 1 gal and so on.

I sincerely appreciate your commitment to quality...this kind of customer service is unfortunately very rare these days...you have gained a new customer...and I will definitely be ordering from you in the future.
