Thank you for taking the time to call me and explain to me the plant's conditions upon receipt. That was kind of you.

This order was replacement on some plants I ordered last year that died. The rep I talked with was very helpful and sent replacements. These plants look really good and seem to be doing well. Very pleased with customer service.

Excellent service and quality plant. I'll be back.

Very impressed by the quality of plant and the packaging. I've never seen a mail order plant in such pristine condition. It was arguably in better shape than some of the specimens I have bought locally. Will look to your website more in the future, particularly for the other magnolia trees I am looking to add to my collection.

Great experience!!!!
