They were packed so carefully and with love....I could tell. :) I can hardly wait to order again now that I've finally found a caring, honest source to purchase plants that I'm unable to obtain in my small town. Brian, I do not have a problem, but I do want to praise your employees. I came on a Saturday to pick up my Sourwood trees and I just want to say that Colin was very helpful and nice on the phone. He went out of his way to accommodate me. Great phone skills and customer service! Alex is a great employee. Very nice and helpful in getting my trees bagged and ready for travel. Your plants arrived and I am VERY IMPRESSED with the protection given to them during shipment! The careful enclosure of the pot and dirt kept things intact. (This has not always been my experience with plants obtained from other companies). I am very pleased with this purchase, and thank you again for your assistance with it.
