Sooner Plant Farm specializes in shipping large landscape size plant material. We take great pride in shipping large well established plants from 1 quart to large 7 gallon size pots. We offer many of our plants in several different sizes to fit any budget.
Most of our perennials are shipped in large 1 gallon size pot, possible the largest 1 gallon available online. This jumbo size pot allows for quick root establishment in your garden.
Are available mostly in 1 gallon, 3 gallon and 5 gallon size pots. The 3 gallon size is our best selling size. A nice well established shrub that will create a full landscape quickly.If you want the established look instantly, our 5 gallon size will fill that niche. We also offer selected shrubs in a 7 gallon size.
We love trees! We offer many of the newest tree varieties available in the industry. Most trees are sold in 2 gallon, 3 gallon, 5 gallon and 7 gallon. Our 2 and 3 gallon size trees are great starter trees but will need some simple pruning the first couple years to create a nice branch structure. Most 5 gallon trees already have well established tops with no further ptraining needed. Our 7 gallon trees in most cases are massive and will fill in a landscape quickly.
Grases are available in 1 gallon and 3 gallon sizes with some selected varieties available in a 5 gallon size. Our most popular size in grasses is a 1 gallon, but the 3 gallon size in most cases is a much larger size plant and will make a show in your garden quickly.
Roses are available in 1 gallon through 7 gallon size. Each larger size pot will reflect a larger more established size plant
Our favorite catagory of plants! We grow all our Japanese maples in a special root enhancing pot called a Smart Pot®.
When you see Smart Pot® next to any of our plants you can rest assure you are getting the best. Although not usually visable it is the plants roots that determine the health of the plant. Japanese Maples typically have a shallow fine network of feeder roots. Our special growing pots allow our Japanese maples to develop a stronger and healthier root system than standard growing methods. Lets face it your the Japanese Maple is prize plant in every garden, and the plant you want to thrive and remain healthy for many years. When the root system is the most important factor in your plants health, we want you to start out with a plant that is preped for success.
