I've only ordered a few plants but they have done fantastic!

I ordered a 3 gallon size calycanthus Aphrodite. It arrived today as scheduled and is one of the most gorgeous plants I have ever received via mail. Healthy, lots of stems, large, and even with a blooming flower and a coming flower bud. Not a single branch or twig was broken off or damaged in any way. You should be very proud of your packaging crew. Please extend my thanks to them. Thanks again so very much.

The three witch hazels arrived in wonderful condition because of the careful packaging and the quality of the plant material itself. New leaves already after planting!
