This plant has something for almost all seasons from its medium to dark green glossy leaves to its spring flowers which vary from white to pale pink upon opening to a deeper rich pink as the blooms age however the intensity of the pink can vary from year to year. In the fall the foliage turns red to deep red with the leaf edges tinged with bronze producing bright red fruit that eventually turn to black. Great for use as a focal point or as a back drop for other plants.
