Buy American Sentry® American Linden online. This specimen was selected from McKay Nursery for its symmetrical and pyramidal form. This stately tree makes a bold impression. Dark green heart shaped leaves that turn pale green to pale yellow in fall. In late spring, fragrant flowers fill the tree canopy and attract bees to this tree. A native tree that tolerates some drought and heavy clay soils, but does not like urban pollution. Prefers moist and fertile soil.
