Theresa's Review
Location: Dexter, MI

Planted this tree (zone 5) in the fall of 2004 and it has grown 6-7 ft in nearly 4 yrs. It likes lots of water. Don't be afraid to put the hose on it. It will thank you in the long run.

BIRCH 'ROYAL FROST'

Beautiful glossy deep burgundy red leaf color and cinnamon to white exfoliating bark puts this Birch tree in a class of it's own. The desirable leaf color holds very well through out the summer. Fall is a festival of colors ranging from bright red, orange, yellow and purple. Truly a spectacular all season tree.

Homeowner Growing & Maintenance Tips:
Royal Frost Birch is easy to grow, and adapts to most conditions. Feed once a year with a slow release fertilizer.

Interesting Notes:
Royal Frost is an breeding improvement over Crimson Frost Birch an earlier introduction. Royal Frost maintains a strong central leader, faster growth and greater retention of the fabulous burgundy foliage.
