JUNIPER 'WELCHI'

Welchi Juniper is a common variety that has been planted in landscapes for many years.The light green foliage has a silvery bluish tint. Welchi also has soft foliage unlike many of the other varieties of Junpers. Welchi is a fairily fast grower and like most Junipers tolerates drier soil conditions. This is a scopulorum variety and prefers growing in drier climates like New Mexico, Colorado.
