Buy Pink Velour® Crapemyrtle online. 'Pink Velour' was selected as an addition to the Oklahoma Proven plant collection from Oklahoma State University in 2003. It has very showy wine-colored foliage before blooming. Neon pink flowers emerge as the wine color gradually shifts to a rich green. 'Pink Velour' is noted for its high mildew resistance and can be grown as a bush or multi-stemmed tree. This was developed by Dr. Carl Whitcomb of Stillwater, Oklahoma.
