Buy Bali™ Althea online. Bred by Minier Nursery in France, Bali™ Hibiscus boasts semi-double, pure white flowers that are highlighted with a bold purple-red center. It blooms July through September with large flowers. The intermediate size is good for smaller spaces, and the summer blooms are a welcome sight when color is in short supply. Note: Althea is considered a woody shrub or tree and will not die back to the ground in winter like hardy hibiscus.
