We purchased this tree at the end of September. We planted with the root pouch per the instructions and find this tree has no buds and the tip of the branch can easily be broken. It's dead obviously and there appears no recourse as Sooner only offers a 30 guarantee unlike other mail order plant suppliers. $75.00 down the drain!
