Due to state regulations and/or agricultural restrictions, we do not ship out of the United States or to the following states : Alaska, Hawaii
Orders shipping to (Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington) may be delayed up to 10 days for a Department of Agriculture inspection on our farm before shipping is allowed to these states.

If you are paying by credit card:
Your credit card will show a reserve or hold from Sooner Plant Farm for the amount of your order as soon as the order is placed.
In most cases your credit card will not be charged until your order begins preparation for shipping, usually 3-4 days before the scheduled ship date.
Check or money orders must be paid within 10 days or the order will be cancelled.
Orders paid by money order will ship promptly upon payment.
Check orders will be held until check clears before order will ship.

Shipping preference:
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the quantity, size, weight and zip code and UPS Shipping Rates .
You can see the actual S&H charges by adding the items to the shopping cart and entering your zip code. These charges are based on UPS actual rates and unfortunatly are not negotiable. Due to the size and weight of shipping potted plants shipping is considerablity more expensive than bareroot. Although the normal expected percent of livability for potted plants is 100% , vs bareroot which is normally expected to be much lower.
During the checkout process you will be asked when you would like your order shipped:
• If you choose ship now, In most cases your order will be shipped within 7 days, providing the items your ordered are instock and no other complications arise.
• If you choose ship at the best time for my zone. Your order will be shipped when planting is best for your zone.
• Or you can request ship week in the comment box, we will do our very best to meet your request.
• All orders ship via UPS. Most orders are schedule to arrive on Thursday or Friday, some exceptions may occur. Also some extreme coastal areas require 5 days in transit and arrive on Monday of the next week.

Cancelling Orders:
We understand situations arise that warrant the cancellation of an order.
Orders not yet charged to your credit card can be cancelled without assessing any fees.
If your order has already been charged to your credit card, we will cancel your order at your request although a 10% cancellation fee is assessed. We are charged 3% for all funds coming (sales) and going (refunds) by our credit card processor, we also incur transacting fees for each transaction. Due to these fees and the time involved in our processing the refund and cancelling the order we must charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs.
I hope you can understand the reason for this charge.

Plant Guarantee for actively growing plants during the normal growing season:
We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to type when they arrive. We do not offer a long term guarantee do to all the circumstances that could affect the survival of a plant.
Our written guarantee states once plants are received and no reports have been noted to us within 48 hours of receiving them, we acknowledge the plants as accepted.

Plant Guarantee for dormant plants:
We guarantee dormant plants to be healthy and true to type when they arrive. We will replace plants that were shipped dormant and do not emerge by the end of spring, following their delivery.
