We guarantee the plants we sell to arrive in good condition and undamaged. However since this is live plant material, it is the responsibility of the customer to watch the Fed Ex shipping progress until delivered. If you do not receive a order confirmation directly after the order is complete, please contact us, since the email address entered may not be correct and you will not receive the FedEX notifaction and tracking number link

Most orders arrive on Thursdays or Fridays however the delivery day may vary. We do not require a signature for delivery, but if you live in a risky area, or your local Fed EX driver deems it not safe to leave the package, Fed EX has the right to not drop the package, and we cannot be held responsible for plant damage caused by delays of this sort. If you have special delivery instructions, like a gate code, or a contact # the driver can call, be sure to enter it in the Delivery instruction comment box at checkout and it will be printed on the delivery address label.

In short if you are not sure whether your driver will leave a package that does not require a signature, call your local Fed EX hub to give permission to drop the package without you being there. Call 1-800- GoFedEx.

Also keep in mind we are dealing with live plants and the status regarding plant height sizes may change. We do our absolute best to correctly describe the height of the plants we sell. However sometimes plants must be trimmed, pruned, or may not grow as large as expected. Please be  flexible regarding plant height.  We always ship the largest plants we have available, and in most cases we ship plants larger than described and if a sizable difference is expected, we will contact you, for approval. We have a fantastic record of shipping accurately described and high quality plant material, as our customers attest to on the Garden Watchdog. 

If you need a plant of an exact size please contact us and we will do our best to confirm the size we can ship. We are easy to work with, but we cannot refund for a perfectly healthy plant that is a little shorter than described.
