If you have an email spam blocking program, please be sure to add the address orders@soonerplantfarm.com to your list of approved email addresses.

If you would like FedEx shipping info and tracking numbers, please be sure to also add address fedex.com to your list of approved email addresses and domains.

Due to the time involved, we do not manually subscribe to your blocking programs.

Also, occasionally we have the need to contact our customers about an order. Please be sure to list a valid phone number so we can contact you if needed. If we have a question or concern regarding your order will attempt to contact, you 3 times either by email or phone using the contact info you provide on your order. If we cannot contact you, we will proceed in a manner that we feel is best for the situation. however, once your order has shipped, we cannot recall it and any returning shipping costs will be at the customers expense. Please be sure to provide accurate and valid contact information to avoid any unnecessary costs.
