We guarantee all our plant material to arrive healthy true to type and to be of high quality. We put great efforts into securely packaging your order to assure it arrives without damage. In the unlikely event a plant or tree is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep the damaged product and shipping carton until we settle our claim with the shipping company, normally 3-7 days. We will reship your order on the next scheduled ship date for your area. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by severe weather, animals, neglect,or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping cost are not refundable.

Plant Guarantee for actively growing plants during the normal growing season:
We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to type when they arrive. We do not offer a long term guarantee do to all the circumstances that could affect the survival of a plant.
Our written guarantee states once plants are received and no reports have been noted to us within 48 hours of receiving them, we acknowledge the plants as accepted.
Plant Guarantee for dormant plants:
We guarantee dormant plants to be healthy and true to type when they arrive. We will replace plants that were shipped dormant and do not emerge by the end of spring, following their planting.
Products other than Live Goods
Sooner Plant Farm will replace if available, or refund, any product that fails to perform for a period of 30 days from the date of shipping. Sooner Plant Farm will also not be responsible for any losses greater than the paid price of the product.
